How the village week actually runs

School, clinic, fuel, and the Organized Village of Kake still set the weekday rhythm. If you are visiting family or bringing a youth group, call the school district and the SEARHC clinic before you land so pickup and appointment times are not stacked on the same tide window.

Council packets and community hall use still go through City Hall. The names on this page are the people who take those calls. For a boat that needs a night on the city float while a family event runs, the harbor office and the clerk can usually sort a slip without a long wait.
